“From the beginning our stay in Chefchaouen was perfect. They met us and helped us park. They carried some of our bags to our location since we had our grandson. The house is in the heart of the old quarters with the most perfect view from the upper terrace. The hosts have a heart of gold. We only wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“This property was smaller than expected on the website. The bathroom was disgusting, the bathroom door only locked from the outside, the mirror was on the outside, it smelled like urine and the shower was small. The beds were uncomfortable. There were huge roaches in the living room. They only provided one fan and it was a sauna in there. We open the windows to let for the breeze but couldn’t sleep because it’s so loud outside. Cats and dogs fighting all through the night. Terrible experience.……

“Property was nice but we had trouble finding it because directions were vague and didn't have specific number. It got us close but I had to contact the host and he met me and took me to the property. He was very nice and spoke pretty good English. ”

“The apt is no longer a short term rental, and it was very difficult for us to even locate it. When we finally did locate the owner, after a couple hours of asking around, he was gracious and provided us with similar housing through a friend, free of charge for us. However, the advertised house is no longer being rented out through VRBO.”

“Nous sommes arrivés en avance et le propriétaire a accepté de nous laisser entrer car le logement était prêt, c'est très appréciable. Le logement est géré par l'hôtel Tarek qui est adjacent, ce qui apporte une touche de professionnalisme considérable. Le logement était très propre, bien organisé, fonctionnel et décoré de manière sobre. Un gros plus pour la vue depuis la terrasse : elle surplombe Chehchaouen, c'est absolument splendide, à couper le souffle ! Il faisait très chaud lors de……

“None of the amenities that were advertised were there. There was one little heater in one of the bedrooms and it got cold that night. Communication was extremely hard with the lady that owned them. Not a comfortable stay”
