“Just what we needed for the 2 of us and our dog. Convenient location for visiting our son at Norwich University which is under 15 minutes away. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels and comfortable bed. No cell coverage but good internet allowing for reliable wifi-calling. Never had an issue with dropped calls or internet connectivity (we worked several hours each day during our stay). Definitely need all wheel/4wheel drive vehicle for traveling the few miles on the road to the house……

“The property was absolutely stunning! Surrounded by trees, it was a dream for sure. The parking was a bit small but it didn’t matter, as we didn’t have anyone guests. I think my only concern for future stayers is winter months 4x4 is absolutely needed. But we couldnt be happier with our early October stay. ”

“Great location for our recent friends get together! The outdoor area was perfect with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The cabins were perfect for what we needed, cozy but the kitchens had everything we needed. Everyone commented how these were perfect for the event! Definitely recommend!”
