“This is a beautiful boutique hotel set in an excellent location in Cheltenham with a lovely restaurant and gin bar on site ! One of our favourite places in Cheltenham. Just disappointed that we were put in an attic eaves room which was quite small and difficult to get to with all our luggage . Given we’d booked a Deluxe room for 4 nights we had expected to be given over of the many charming rooms on the first floor overlooking the Promenade . ”

“I like the location being not right in a town but a short distance of drive from places such as Bibury and Cirencester. The room is on the small side but sufficient for our purpose. The inn faces an open ground with tables for drinkers and a creek which gave a good mix of environment. The rate was super reasonable which made me initially thought that breakfast was not included and turned out to be inclusive. We ate dinner one night and the food was incredible. 整體還好，但只有又高又斜的樓梯，沒有升降機

"環境，房間都是很好的。包早餐是 continental breakfast, 比較簡化，麵包，Cereal, Yogurt. Juice, Coffee 如果想吃hot dish. 便要在餐單上order.另再收費。覺得最大問題的，是沒有lift, 樓梯又高又窄，我拿住又大又重行李，每次拿上房間和退房拿下來時都非常痛痛。非常大問題！除了這個，房間內也是可以的，但只有廁紙，沒有紙巾，沒有牙刷等等東西。"
