Inside the cabin there are wood floors, pine tongue and groove walls and a complete wall of glass w/ floor to ceiling windows to take in the Majestic Mountain Views from every room in the Cabin. The Living Room focal point is the floor to ceiling Native Stone Fireplace
Enjoy the Long Range Mountain Views while you cuddle up in front of the Fireplace, or enjoy the Plush Cotton Bathrobes after a soak in the Sparkling Hot tub filled with Fresh Spring water.
The stainless & granite kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook at 'home' - and on the deck, a BBQ Grill (Grilling has never been so View-licious). For those of you that enjoy hydro-therapy, there is a jetted tub in the downstairs bathroom.
Bring the S'mores fixins and brush up on your favorite Campfire stories. Gathering around the FirePit is always an end of the day favorite!
The living room offers an even larger (55") flat screen TV (each bedroom offers flat screen TV's equipped with satellite stations as well). Enjoy your meals gathered around a beautiful rustic/modern teak dining table, with a Cabin/Forest dish ware set, and more... "Mountain Magic" offers several unique and updated amenities: a Sparkling Fresh Hot Tub (with waterfall feature and even more Jets than before), Comfortable Luxurious Leather living room furniture, a fabulous King Bed upstairs - with "sleep number technology" that offers dual controls (The Queen bed downstairs was upgraded with a new mattress and memory foam topper - which is the right combination of support with a soft overlay).
As always, the beds are prepared with Luxury linens and high quality Bedding.

We currently have New Internet service (BalsamWest Internet Provider is the Best, Fastest, and Use is Unlimited), a designated work space with a desk, chair, computer monitor and a wireless keyboard, new gorgeous leather living room furniture, new rugs, freshly painted/stained exterior, new ceiling fans, updates to both bathrooms, freshly paved road all the way to the cabin, and more...

... Shopping service. If you would like to arrive at the Cabin with your Groceries already stocked, ask for details, we will have everything waiting for you upon your arrival.
... If you would like to enjoy a Spa Massage Service at the Cabin, it is a good idea to book in advance to assure availability. Your Professional Massage Therapist will come to you, so when you are done, they quietly disappear and leave you to relax.
... If your vacation dates are during 'Season' or Holidays and you plan to rent a pontoon or fishing boat, it may be a good idea to reserve in advance. Lake Fontana and the shore line is primarily Nantahala National Forest, or is part of The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, which is Federally owned, so the Lake is never 'Busy', but the few available rental boats do get booked up.
Over 50 acres of Green Space at the Cabin: There are 50 acres of hiking trails just out of the front door. While hiking these trails you will encounter several ponds, the largest is spring fed and is full of fish! There are Bass, Brim, Catfish, and More...

IMPORTANT CLEANING INFORMATION: We do our best to make Environmentally Friendly choices whenever possible. This does not include Cleaning Products. All Natural “Green” Cleaning products are not successful against todays Germs and Viruses.
At NCMR, we do and always have used EPA Regulated Cleaning Products. Our Cleaning Procedures go above The CDC Guidelines and do include the use of sanitation cycles and procedures, disinfecting/cleaning products used in Kitchens, Bathrooms, Mattresses, and all surfaces, handles, door knobs, remote controllers, high touch areas, etc… (We provide a complete list of Cleaning Procedures/Guidelines, to all of our Guests, prior to arrival).

Our Pet Policy Overview:
Most of our Cabins are Pet Friendly and Mountain Magic is no exception. Our Pet acceptance varies, and is based on the amount of space for our 4 legged Guests to enjoy (inside the Cabin as well as the amount of space outdoors). To give you a basic idea, our most common Pet Acceptance Guidelines would be: Up to 2 Pets that are each 40 pounds or less, and He/She may be larger if there is just 1 Pet.
*Pet Rent is a total of $50.00 per reservation and Pet Addendum will be required*
When a pet has been a Guest, special cleaning procedures are performed and specific products are used. It is our mission to make sure no one can tell that there has been a pet on the premises. Please call or email us to ask about our pet policies as they relate to your request.
