It is situated in a old neighborhood in Morrilton and I felt very safe to walk my dog while enjoying looking at all the very beautiful and old homes in the neighborhood. “This felt like a vacation home, instead of a rental property. The house was very well stocked with little extras that showed the owner uses this house too. For example, binoculars(4 pair), kayaks, life jackets, reference books for local wildlife and insects, plenty of extra household supplies on hand(toilet paper, towels, pillows, etc.) Great place to stay.”
