A stand up fellow who had it stocked last minute for me and my girlfriend for Father's day: new rods, tackle, fresh worms, kayaks, paddle boat, fire wood, to name a few!Clean, pest free, beautiful scenery, plenty of space indoor and out, great fishing dock, boat house, launch ramp; you name it , you got it. Perfectly sized TV, high speed internet, in-house washer/dryer, great water pressure……

“My wife and I and our best friends and fellow couple were looking for a centrally located home to stage State Park adventures and area lake fishing trips in a country setting. I must say this place did not disappoint. We visited four State parks and obtain all four stamps in our Arkansas State Parks passport booklets. The parks we visited were Petit Jean State Park, Mount Nebo State Park, Mount Magazine State Park and Lake Dardanelle State. All are must sees. We fished both Lake Atkins and……
