“In order to get my family together, we rented this beautiful and cozy VRBO at the base of Petit Jean Mountain. It was perfect for our large family, complete with fire place and Christmas decorations. It was the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO at which we’ve stayed. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. We met the owner as we were coming in and had a wonderful chat with her. My family is already requesting that we do the same for next year.”

One day, we had a wonderful deer sighting right outside the window in the huge meadow surrounding the property. The weather was rainy and stormy the last two days and it added to the comfy cozy feeling inside. “Unpleasant smell in the air. This house needs to be check for mold. Our first night it was hard to sleep due wet ceilings drywall from the rain. Couldn’t stay any longer after the first night. The manager was surprised when I reported the situation and said that sh wasn’t aware of the issues. I showed the manager the pictures of the black mold from shower weather seal and water damage.I was able to get my money back.
