“We needed a place to stay for 1 night since all of the hotels were booked, and I'm so glad we found this little gem. It was so much better than staying at a hotel, and we had a lot more space for close to the same price. It was stocked with everything that we needed. “Overall this house was great. The neighborhood was nice and very close yo IUP so walkable. Only complaints i have was no towel rack in the bathroom and smoke detectors had been removed except for upstairs and back bedroom. Well furnished home ..pretty much everything we needed. Host was verh nice to work with as well. Would we stay here again,? Definitely!”

“We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and this worked out fine. The location was great for getting to IUP. Definitely a bare bones kind of place, no napkins or even paper towels. No shampoos or soaps, and half of the light bulbs did not work. The traffic noise was very loud with the air conditioning units still in the windows. But it was pretty clean and we only needed a place to sleep.”

“Comfortable, warm, and welcoming. We came to see the groundhog and spend some time together and really enjoyed our stay! The bed was very nice and the shower had plenty of hot water! I was able to cook lovely meals on the gas range whilst listening to Frank Sinatra and Elvis on the record player in the kitchen. Cooking is better on gas and music is better on vinyl! The views out the windows were lovely! Would love to come again someday!”
