“Had to find an inexpensive room for me and three other men and Rips was it. Bed was comfortable and the night manager/owner was very accommodating. If I’m in the area again I will stay there again.”
“This was by far the worst Motel I've ever stayed in. Holes in the wall, paper peeling off in the bathroom dead cockroaches on the walls and furniture, no sign of any cleaning being done and the Motel itself would benefit from being demolished.”
