“We booked this stay 3 months out, was emailed confirmation, communicated with host about questions we had, and received a checkin email the day prior to our stay. We arrived around 6:30om and the host was not expecting us, left us standing on the porch to come out 10 minutes later and tell us her assistant double booked and she didn’t have a room for us. “Literally needed a police escort to leave this place due to a situation with a fight that led to some drunk friend of the innkeeper following us to our Suite screaming at us.
