“The Red Juniper Retreat was a great find. We were in New Kent for the weekend of the Virginia Derby. The house is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood that is only 6 miles from Colonial Downs. The booking and all communication with Jazmin was top notch. She was very responsive and has literally thought of everything, from the welcome basket with the snacks, smore making kit and a bottle of wine, to all of the amenities for our dogs—beds, bowls, waste bags, gloves and a beautiful fenced……

“ Very private, you can see the other house but far enough away for privacy. Home is comfortable and presents well. Kitchen is large and plenty of seating. Loved the primary bedroom, seating and closet space, so bright and sunny throughout the whole house.We enjoyed walking down the driveway daily towards the park, and the restaurant across the street was good, ate there twice.Shower was large and having the extra 1/2 bath made the stay better.A few negatives would be the full size bed in 2nd……

“House was very clean and beautifully decorated, neighborhood was also quiet. Everything that we needed was in the home and convenient area with food and grocery store close by. Will definitely reserve home again.”

“The house was just as pictured and described! Stayed here with my spouse and two-year-old for just one night on our way driving down to NC from Philly. The house is super cute, and the host has thought of everything you might have forgotten (like toothbrushes, Tylenol, feminine products, etc,). Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll definitely book again if we’re making the drive down again! ”
