“Had a great stay at the property. Robert, the host/owner, is amazing to work with. Super responsive, very attentive, and incredibly kind. Upon arrival there were a few things on the exterior that caused a little concern (porch in somewhat rough shape, neighbors house very close and not in great shape, backyard in somewhat of disarray -- both BBQ grill and firepit were filled with water, back fence gate propped up by cinder block) but don't let it take away from what is inside. Very nice……

“Great property manager, great communication! Property is clean and accommodating (especially for my mom who uses a wheelchair/walker due to bad knees. Only downside is the neighborhood was a little questionable… my mom heard what sounded like gunshots going off 2/3 nights she stayed. However, nothing else scary or questionable went on. So could have been a fluke! Overall, it’s a good place to stay for the price! ”

“Stayed here for marathon weekend. Location worked very well as it was only about a mile from starting line and only about a 5 min drive to the restaurants and bars of The Fan neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable with easy check-in/check-out. It is close to train tracks, and there was usually one loud train whistle each night. I would happily stay here again.”

“Place was quiet and clean. Easy access and good communication with host. It was nice that the living room had a door since we were using the pull-out couch for sleeping. We didn’t need to use the kitchen much but it had the essentials. Nice little deck and big yard. The temperature control was difficult, especially since it was so cold, and it would have been nice to have extra blankets available. ”
