“The location was excellent for travel needs and was close to shops that were needed. The house and yard was overall clean. Check in was easy. James was accessible if needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood it was quiet and there were cameras that made us feel extra safe.”

“ Perfect place for my daughter sleepover birthday. The pictures online didn't do any justice. The home was peaceful, and location was close to the park, and stores. Communication was wonderful between me and the host. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Will definitely be back”

“Great spot if you're visiting the area and want to be a little outside of the city but still close by. In the summer, it gets a bit hot upstairs and the doors to those rooms are very narrow, but otherwise a great and comfy house! ”

“The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again ”

Photos on website were very accurate to what we found in the house, clean, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and a great location for our needs. “This home walking distance to hip breweries and eateries was cute and spotless. It had private back parking and entry, very nice. We were in town to visit friends and were excited to find a place in the same area instead of driving from downtown Richmond. Host was very responsive. It was on a main road but still it was quiet at night. We would certainly choose this again if we return.”

“Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals.”
