“My friends and I thought this home was so cute. It was within walking distance of a few places in St. Genevieve. It was very clean and large enough for the four of us. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“My family of 14 people needed a place for all of us to stay for the holidays. The twin turrets was a great fit for what we needed. Everyone had their own bed, the bathrooms took a little time to get showers scheduled, since there are only 2 showers, but it worked out. The home was fun to explore inside and out. We went for some walks on the trails, enjoyed watching the ducks and geese, or just looking out at the lake. So peaceful! ”

“I can't say enough about this property and our hosts! Our expectations were exceeded! We used the pack the pantry service, so when we arrived all our food/drinks were put away. It was an easy drive to everywhere on the island. Robbie was quick to answer any question we had during our stay. It was so fun to see so many old movies and cd's that we had to utilize them everyday to expose our kids to the good stuff. Robbie recommended Chef Keshlah for a personalized chef, which we did as a brunch on……

“A great home base to explore the area. We brought our food and prepared breakfast a d supper there. We packed a lunch and hiked at Pickle Springs, Hawn State Park, Silver Mines, and Elephant State Park. On a rainy morningg we walked around to the shops in towtown”

“We had a family wedding at Pebble Creek Farm, just 6 miles away from The Roost. Ten of us including aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews had plenty of room at the house to get ready for the wedding, and to gather for snacks and games in the kitchen afterwards. Everything was really clean and comfortable. We would love to come back here and stay for a winery weekend! ”
