This in our view is inadequate facility provided, warranting partial refund of at least 20% considering staying in……

“The place was very clean and organized. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’ll surely book again. Btw, just so the others know, before check in we were given 2 options on how we are going to pay for the property damage just in case something happens. First is security deposit which is a larger fee that is refundable and the second is the damage waiver, a smaller one time non-refundable fee.
