“I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. “This Harlem brownstone was perfect home base for our family of 5 during our NYC stay. Easy access to MTA, local stores, and businesses. Check out Harlem Biscuit Company around the corner! “The place was a great base for us when we visited family in NJ and NY. Super clean, very comfortable beds, and easy parking and check in. One bedroom and bathroom are in the basement, in case anyone in your party is mobility limited. The upstairs neighbors do make a little normal noise, sometimes later at night, so maybe bring earplugs if you are a very light sleeper. ”

When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come.
