I can easily hear the sounds from next room, and the AC is not working well, they even don’t open the AC at lobby and 37f skybar. All the staff is perfect, they help me to solve all my question. About the pool, I know cause need to increase income so they have the lesson for kids in the summer, But too much kids, if you have 2 pools, why don’t keep one for guest? To increase income have many ways, Try to sell lunch box……

“The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected. ”
