“This quiet and cozy cabin was perfect for our yearly Alaskan trip! Our son is stationed in Anchorage with the Army and the location of this cabin was a happy medium between his house and town entertainment. Hosts were kind and prompt when we missed our flight due to bad weather. Amenities are fabulous. Only suggestion would be to offer a box fan. HOWEVER, this will not keep us from booking again! Thank you Brausen Family! ”

“Imagine arriving at a magical treehouse light up and surrounded by trees, absolutely breathtaking. John & Cheri went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed. They had a fire going so we could enjoy s'mores, which were individually packaged! 😍 Then you enter a beautifully built three story treehouse to pleasantly find all sorts of goodies and amenities. All of the special touches make you feel like you're at home and will never want to leave. We truly enjoyed sitting on the deck, drinking……

“This property was exceptional in every way. The hosts were very detailed oriented from the construction, design and layout of the cabin to the beautiful decor and the amenities that were provided. The cabin was well equipped and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The kitchen was well appointed along with the spacious bathroom including a towel warmer! The bed and linens were very much appreciated for their comfort after long days outside in Alaska weather. We found the front porch……

“This rental is a little off the beaten path, but absolutely worth it if you can make the trip outside of Anchorage. It is a 2 hour drive or so from the airport, but through mountain roads and side note- this is on a steep mountain down (or steep for midwesterners anyway haha). You’ll find yourself sitting in the gorgeous open concept living room/kitchen and just staring out of the huge windows surrounding you… the view is stunning and really will be enough for you to take in for days if one is……
