Apartment with swimming pool situated in the urbanisation la Loma Golf in Novo Sancti Petri and five minutes drive from the beach. Perfect for relaxation and golf lovers.

The apartment offers one bedroom with double bed, a spacious living room plus a terrace with table and chairs and views of the golf course. In the lounge room you will find a double sofa bed making this flat suitable for up to four guests.

The separate kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub.

The apartment is in a private urbanisation with two communal swimming pools (open in summer), garden areas and a Squash court. The Sancti Petri Hills Golf course is only a few metres away. Just three minutes to a supermarket, restaurants and cafes. The ideal place to spend a quiet holiday in Chiclana de la Frontera.
