“We stayed here based on its location to the Pine Creek Lodge where we were attending a music festival. The property was exactly as listed. A bit dated but we had everything we needed and it is exactly as pictured so that was not a surprise. It was an excellent location for us and nice and secluded so we had a lot of privacy. It is very wooded around the house so you cannot see the river much, but a trail down to the river was easy and there are beautiful views (just not from the deck). The……

“The house was perfect for our group. It was clean and well maintained. We had a group of 9 including 5 children and there was plenty of space to spread out The views from the house were fantastic! The location was excellent to visit Livingston, Gardiner, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone, and more. “This worked very well for a total of 3 couples staying here for our daughter's wedding which took place about 9 miles up the road at Sage Lodge. One of us has limited mobility. It is flat from the driveway to the front door which leads to the main floor so that was convenient. We spent almost all the indoor time on the main floor where there is a living room with comfortable seating and a gorgeous view of the valley, river, and mountains.
