“What an amazing trip I had with my hubby and friends. The Calpine Mountain retreat a spacious but cozy place to get away and recharge. We have always enjoyed this area as the Sierra hotsprings are close by. Check in process was the easiest I have yet to experience. Property is nestled in the forest with a village vibe. Neighbors are far away enough to enjoy the scenic view from the deck. Restaurants and stores close by and a list of recommendations from the host. We enjoyed the big comfy couch,……

“I and my dear friend's family, including spouse, two children and two friends of the children had a wonderful gathering in the spacious, well provisioned and wi-fi connected residence. We enjoyed adventures to the surrounding lake areas with great hikes and dips in the water, lunching, then returning to the resort to relax or visit the Altitude recreation center accommodating many types of activities, as well as food service. I enjoyed the place by myself for the second half of my stay, dining……

“We stayed here to attend a birthday party weekend trip our friend was hosting for her birthday. My boyfriend and I stayed here and brought the dogs. Perfect location in relation to the springs and other hikes and water spots we managed to visit . Airbnb was clean . Simple . But all we needed the view was nice out of the back and from the front we were walking distance from the grocery store / gas station. ”

The location and the amenities at the swimming pool complex added to our enjoyment of the accommodations!
