“This was like stepping back in time! My husband grew up coming here to a family cabin back in the 60's and 70's. The old part of town has not changed much with its quiet setting and old time charm. We loved not having cell service or TV it was so refreshing being able to just chill. We have Verizon and found if we stood in the road there was some reception. As well, the neighbors are super friendly and willing to assist if you need help. There is a nice secluded place to sit in the yard and……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Brenden’s VRBO! We were looking for a quiet getaway to explore nearby trails, and this place was perfect. The location was peaceful, the space was clean and open, and very comfortable. We also appreciated that our dogs were welcome. Brenden was extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. “This home was perfect for our family of nine plus our dog. The views are beautiful and the sound of the river is relaxing. The deck was the favorite hang out spot. Anytime of the day you could find sunshine or shade to fit your needs. The deck was safe for little ones and the dog kennel off the deck was a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space for multiple cooks. Altitude was a great place to use throughout our stay. We did it all, pool, movie, rock climbing……

“Stayed 3 nights for a 8 guy golf vacation. House was perfect, large dining room table for meals and poker, game room saw plenty of work. Lots of room to stretch out. Check in and out was seamless and Brooke promptly responded to any questions. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay if you’re up there to play Nakoma, Grizzly Whithawk, etc. or just looking for a cool house to relax and explore the area.”

“The host, Leslie anticipated our needs. Traveling with a dog, there was a bed, food bowls, treats and toys available to keep our little one entertained. Communications was prompt and friendly. Even offered recommendations for restaurants and local sites. The forest and farm house was very well stocked with coffee and tea options. The bed and bedding was super comfortable. Walking around the property to visit with the goats was fun too.”
