“We were looking for a place to attend the 10th annual Brewski and this was perfect! Walking distance to many places and while we decided to not leave once we arrived, we thoroughly enjoyed our board games and ordering pizza from Tyler’s in town. Amanda and Ron were excellent hosts as well. Looking forward to coming back.”

“There is nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all appliances, silverware, plates, pots that one might need and the location was close to a lot of good hiking and the VIC. It was great to have the kayaks and dock on the property -- Lake Clear Outlet is very peaceful without a lot of houses and the current/wind is more manageable than when you kayak on a big lake. We had one small problem with the diverter not working in the shower in the morning but……

“This is a one-bedroom apartment on top of a garage but feels very homey. We got hit with a big snowstorm while we were there, and the host was out bright and early to plow everything out so that we weren't stuck. This is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, just off the main strip.Would definitely go back.”

“Good location for 8 min trailer to the trailhead to snowmobile. Big open living space. Ice builds up on the front step from dripping eves. Some available salt would be nice. I took my hammer to bust off 79% of the build up. The snow power needs to know to keep the driveway entrance wide, as it is not easy to back a Tandem axle trailer in when it’s only wide enough for a car”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin located in Tupper Lake in the Adirondacks. I stayed there with my good friend, her husband, and their teenage son. We had plenty of room to spread out while we weren't out and about the area. The location was in a nice quiet area near the main drag, and was close enough to make separate day trips to both Lake Saranac and Lake Placid. Not knowing the area, this was a good first place to stay, and would definitely return to the Adironacks again.”

“We visited this area with our two toddlers to do some outdoor adventures and see the Wild Center. We loved this house! It was the perfect location for all of our activities. It's also extremely clean, well organized, and felt comfortably warm even on the very cold days we visited. I also appreciated how kid friendly it was: not a lot of decorations to protect against, not a ton of carpet to worry about (easy to clean), and plasticware for them to eat off of. Thank you so much, we hope to return……

“Enjoyed a family stay at Boyd Pond cottage. Sauna was great and enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. Fire pit out front with wood provided - roasting marshmallows was fun. King size bed and others beds were very comfortable. Drinking water was provided. Some weeds in the pond but much less when swimming further out. Hot tub was not working. The owner was very responsive and accommodating particularly during our last day of heavy rain and short power outage. Overall a very pleasant stay……

“It was a nice stay. The driveway was slippery so when we walked our dogs we really had to be careful not to slip and fall. It also would have been nice if there was a better shoveled sidewalk to get into our room. We had to jump a pretty big snow pile to get onto the sidewalk to access our room. ”
