“I’m trying to find the right words but all I can think of was a perfect Adirondack experience with our family. I brought a 16’ motorboat which enhanced the value by being able to explore Cranberry lake and it’s breathtaking. Rich was so nice to deal with and actually reached out a month in advance to answer any questions for our upcoming trip which I thought was really helpful. My teenage girls absolutely loved our trip, Especially catching fish right off the dock….This place is a gem. 10/10”

“Perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space and clean. We made dinner on the grill one night and everything we needed was available in the house to cook.”

“There is nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all appliances, silverware, plates, pots that one might need and the location was close to a lot of good hiking and the VIC. It was great to have the kayaks and dock on the property -- Lake Clear Outlet is very peaceful without a lot of houses and the current/wind is more manageable than when you kayak on a big lake. We had one small problem with the diverter not working in the shower in the morning but……

“We had a wonderful stay in this Adirondack home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space to accommodate our family's needs. We were pleasantly surprised to find the essentials, plus a few thoughtful extras. Having foil and cling wrap in the kitchen was especially convenient. The soft toilet paper was a nice touch and much appreciated. We can’t wait to return!”

“This is a really nice place for those looking for a more remote and peaceful environment. As advertised there is a lot of privacy with neighboring houses pretty much out of sight, even those across the pond. Having no motor boats was a plus for us although during a paddle around the lake (pond) we did notice one docked boat with a rather large outboard and we were glad we didn't see it out on the water. There is a nice quantity and variety of boats here. Way more than we even used. The pictures……
