“Location of property is second to none! Layout of house is fantastic especially with bathrooms accommodating all bedrooms. Very short walk to main strip and stuff to do everywhere there, pick a direction and walk! Highly recommend, enjoy the beauties all around!!!”

“There is nothing fancy about the house, but it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had all appliances, silverware, plates, pots that one might need and the location was close to a lot of good hiking and the VIC. It was great to have the kayaks and dock on the property -- Lake Clear Outlet is very peaceful without a lot of houses and the current/wind is more manageable than when you kayak on a big lake. We had one small problem with the diverter not working in the shower in the morning but……

“Tobias Place is a wonderful classic home with plenty of space for a three generation ski vacation. It is located within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid and a short ride to Whiteface Mountain. The downstairs has a modernized kitchen along with a large dining room and a very large classic family room. We had a wonderful week. ”

“Thank you very much. We had a great stay at your home. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was right up the street from the ice castle and that was great. We could walk in to town from where we were if we wanted to. The only suggestions I would make would be to have something to hold items in the hallway shower, more seating in the living room, and instructions on how to use the fireplace. ”
