“If you decide to stay here please don’t plan on doing laundry. It is not self service, it costs more than anywhere else in Chile, and they destroyed a shirt of mine so bad that I can’t wear it anymore. When I asked for a refund I was belittled in front of other guests. Honestly my entire stay there was rather unfortunate and for what you would pay you can get a really excellent room somewhere else in Puerto Natales ”
