“The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. It was very clean and quiet, and I think it's the perfect place to stay in Puerto Natales. The restaurant next door is owned by the same family that runs the VEAT and is excellent!”

Wifi que no falla, cama cómodas, agua caliente, calefaccion y no se escucha ruido alguno; el desayuno sencillo pero suficiente y rico; y si sales a tour mas temprano te preparan un lunch para que lleves lo que es super bueno. La atencion de Matias y su familia es maravillosa, son personas que te hacen sentir cómodo desde que llegas, mucha calidez humana. Es un buen lugar para llegar. ”

“A barraca era limpa e espaçosa, com linda vista ao rio e um cantinho externo para comer. Nos deram bolsas térmicas pra aquecer os pés de noite. Os banheiros tinham chão sujo e a água não aquecia tanto, mas isso é normal em banheiros compartilhados. Tem um restaurante e café muito bom dentro do mesmo ambiente. A localização é ótima, bem perto dos principais atrativos do parque nacional.”
