“This is the most well taken care of property we've stayed in. It is also very safe and peaceful. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. We were comfortable and totally satisfied with the accommodations and the environment. Brad was very responsive to anything we needed. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations and information about the area attractions. We will definitely stay there again. ”

“This house was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was beyond well-stocked. It is a great place for relaxation, as it is right next to the mountains and is very private. The owner was very responsive. There are trails into the mountains from the top of the neighborhood. The only negative is the smart lighting, which is a little annoying, as others have noted. But...that is not a big negative. ”

“Property was very nice. Greeted personally by a property manager to review the house which was a nice touch. Well equipped and had lots to offer. The only thing was that the family room was "sunken" and required the use of 4-5 steps to get to the kitchen, game room and bedrooms. Not an issue for most but there were a few over 70 who were not fans of the steps. Other than that, house was very nice and property manager was very responsive - went above and beyond to ensure we immediately had……

“Homeless encampment near by and lots of yelling and screaming. Also kitchen was a not well stocked. No cutting board, limited pots stand pans, etc. ”

“Our group stayed 5 nights in late August 2024. Two of our adult children live in Albuquerque, so we are familiar with the area. This neighborhood is one of the better areas in Albuquerque and it’s safe. The home was clean and in good condition. The pictures on the listing were accurate. The host was easy to communicate with and even allowed us early access to the home when we arrived in town earlier than expected. If you are not familiar with Albuquerque, please be aware that many homes are……

“This house was great! Spacious and lovely with a huge fun backyard. The secret game room was exciting for the kids and it had beds for everyone in our group.”

“The home was warm and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for the time we were there. It was convenient to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. I could not figure out how to use the coffee maker so the owner purchased a regular coffee maker the is easy to use, Thank you. ”
