“Property was very nice. Greeted personally by a property manager to review the house which was a nice touch. Well equipped and had lots to offer. The only thing was that the family room was "sunken" and required the use of 4-5 steps to get to the kitchen, game room and bedrooms. Not an issue for most but there were a few over 70 who were not fans of the steps. Other than that, house was very nice and property manager was very responsive - went above and beyond to ensure we immediately had……

“We loved our vacation, we loved Albuquerque and we loved being at home with one another while we explored.This home was central to everything we did - tram, museums, ice skating, great food. That said, staying together was everyone's favorite part and we were so thankful to have this delightful home for the week.”

“This house was a perfect fit for five separate families. We were all able to be together and each have a bit of privacy.Amazing views of the city at from two separate balconies.Over-sized loft area was perfect for all of us to gather and socialize.Quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking.Highly recommend for a large party of people - we would definitely stay here again.”

“Homeless encampment near by and lots of yelling and screaming. Also kitchen was a not well stocked. No cutting board, limited pots stand pans, etc. ”

“We were 5 families - 10 adults and 8 kids. Each family got a room and restroom to use, so everyone was happy. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living room area, for everyone to spread out during meals etc. Game room had a Table Tennis table, which got plenty of use. There was a TV there too, so again younger/ older kids got different places to sit and watch TV at the end of the day. Location wise also, it is close to the freeway, so easy to get in and out. We were too busy exploring ABQ/ Sante……

“This place was amazing and so wonderfully well-stocked. We came together as a family of nine (9) to celebrate Thanksgiving and had a pleasant and relaxing time here. The property is beautiful and the wildlife is fun to watch. I hope we get to come back on day!”

“Loved the property and all the thought that has gone into the setup. The map was a cute touch. Good communication and easy to get in and out. Had a minor scare with some wildlife rustling in the night, but we felt safe enough with the blinds down. Not too far from Albuquerque, convenient to drive in and out. ”

The heated pool was perfect after a long day of running around.. The whole patio area was private and had a bbq and fireplace with lots of nice seating areas. Perfect coffee maker. Thanks again for the communication and hospitality. ”
