“We required a kid-friendly home in the area that would accommodate our extended family with lots of kids between 1-16, and this was the perfect home. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, eating spaces, and parking spaces. We liked that the adults could play cards in the dining room area while the kids had the pool hall area to hang out. “Our family of 20 including 12 kids ages 1-12 was fun. The outside of the house looks small, but we had plenty of room inside. The only downside for a cold weather visit with kids is there is only one bathroom in the house. Other restrooms are in the adjacent shower house. So the short walk to the bathroom was a bit chilly. ”

“The house was awesome with the pond and the farm animals! So private and quiet! Beautiful and clean house. Very friendly owners and quick to respond to questions.”

“The property was very nice. It filled our needs. A few more kitchen basics would have been nice. There was no foil or plastic wrap. Also, a few larger prep bowls and glass baking dishes would have been nice.”

“Property was nice and quiet. We attended a wedding nearby and this property worked out perfect.”

“Very happy with our stay! Right outside of a little downtown area and the police department is across the street. It was very quiet, which we enjoy. There are two bedrooms upstairs - queen bed and twin bed. Additionally the living room has a queen sleeper inside of the couch. Plenty of dishes, towels, and anything else you would need. Didn’t see a single bug, always a win in the middle of summer when we stay somewhere. Only two recommendations on the property are if you use the boiler setting on……

“We brought our church youth group to KY to visit The Ark Encounter and wanted to stay somewhere clean, safe, and close by. We were not disappointed!! The house was spotless and the grounds welcoming. Will definitely recommend to future groups planning a trip.”
