“Our family of 20 including 12 kids ages 1-12 was fun. The outside of the house looks small, but we had plenty of room inside. The only downside for a cold weather visit with kids is there is only one bathroom in the house. Other restrooms are in the adjacent shower house. So the short walk to the bathroom was a bit chilly. ”

“We required a kid-friendly home in the area that would accommodate our extended family with lots of kids between 1-16, and this was the perfect home. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, eating spaces, and parking spaces. We liked that the adults could play cards in the dining room area while the kids had the pool hall area to hang out. We were very impressed with the baseball themed property and amenities. Several grocery stores within driving distance was also convenient. The host was……

“We decided to visit Ark Encounter. We found this beautiful duplex to rent and it did not disappoint! Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, clean, clean! Perfect location! Do not hesitate to select this home for your next trip! Oh, and pricing was spot on!”

“My boyfriend and I wanted a nice, private, relaxing weekend away and this place was exactly what we were looking for. The property is large enough that it is private, no one on either side. We enjoyed the large covered deck with 2 ceiling fans, comfortable furniture, and a nice fire table we really enjoyed in the evenings. There is a second deck where I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning and soaking up the sun in the afternoons. You can sit and watch all the boaters go by and it has a……

“We chose this property because of it's proximity to the Ark Experience & Creation museum along with the pool table for our teens and large enough for a party of 10 and our family dog. The well stocked kitchen has a huge dining table that fit us all. They have a nice deck off the back where I could sit while the dog explored the hillside. There was a movable fire pit but we did not use it because of rain. The property is fairly private and the surrounding area is very pretty. One thing to note is……

“The house was so adorable! And we really enjoyed williamsburg. The house is close to the main street, so we were able to walk to restaurants or the local park. We really loved our stay here. The host was very accomodating and responded quickly to questions. ”
