“This property has a lot of potential but needs some TLC to be a great stay. You really aren’t able to fish or swim. It needs some sort of dock to get past all the buildup at the bank. Overall we did enjoy our stay but there were just a few little things that need to be addressed. ”

“very nice place! clean, well appointed, just a few minutes from the university (Law School Graduation) loved the coffee bar and the availability of recycling! lots of cooking dishes, beds were nice. I'd just mention that the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all not even noise! WIFI was intermittent we assumed due to the recent storms, but no big deal! LOVED YOUR PLACE!! If we are ever in Waco your place would be our first choice!! ”

“The house was incredible. I have a 3 and 9 year old and they were in love the minute they walked in. The owners have thought of everything, and the house had ice cream details down to the knobs on the drawers. Would definitely stay again!”

“Our family stayed here for Easter weekend. It was perfect for our needs, plenty of space and the quiet and serene neighborhood was an added bonus. You are allowed to use the private walking trails, playground and pickleball court which are right across the street from the home. The home had everything we needed to prepare an Easter meal, and a high chair and pack n play were also provided. This property is away from downtown Waco, but a short drive to get there. Loved the rural setting and……

“House was quaint and quality right near revitalized area of downtown Art/Deco district. Best for couple or small family/group. Everything you need and host was great with comms and info to enjoy the stay. Would def go back if we are in the area again.”
