“We booked 3 rooms for our stay. We were greeted with sincerity and utmost courtesy. Breakfasts were a bit mediocre though. There is a wide variety of choices but I am not sure whether it’s understaffed or staff wasn’t trained properly, coffee wasn’t served in time, tongs for salads missing, cereal bowls haven’t been refilled, staff have been wandering around but they couldn’t see dirty plates on tables which seriously in need of clearing. “提早了到埗前枱說我訂的套房還未收拾好，換了商務套房說是一樣大的。房內傢俬有點舊，但整體整潔度良好，馬桶沒有味道，還可自動開啟蓋子。有5公里範圍的免費岀租車服務點贊的。位置方便過馬路就是新天地。”
