“The farm house was an excellent respite from the business of Waco yet just a short 12 minute ride to Baylor. The beds slept wonderfully!! It was so peaceful we enjoyed early mornings watching the cows and the sun come up as well as quiet evenings.We will return.”

“This property has a lot of potential but needs some TLC to be a great stay. You really aren’t able to fish or swim. It needs some sort of dock to get past all the buildup at the bank. Overall we did enjoy our stay but there were just a few little things that need to be addressed. ”

“very nice place! clean, well appointed, just a few minutes from the university (Law School Graduation) loved the coffee bar and the availability of recycling! lots of cooking dishes, beds were nice. I'd just mention that the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but we had no problems at all not even noise! WIFI was intermittent we assumed due to the recent storms, but no big deal! LOVED YOUR PLACE!! If we are ever in Waco your place would be our first choice!! ”
