No explanation was given, no solution, the hotel did not offer to accommodate me until they find the paperwork. The hotel never offered any explanation, it is impossible to contact them, nobody answers the phone, the worst experience ever. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid!!!!”

“The place has been sold to a new owner. It’s no longer E Apartments. I only found out when I got there after making my booking online. And the prices are not the same as the new place is more expensive than E Apartments. And the staff were of no help whatsoever when I told them what was going on. They basically ignored me.”

“Great location near a lot of shopping stores. Close to the international airport. Double standard room was too small and had to pay more for an upgrade. The hotel could not find the booking when we arrived. Left and came back after calling Expedia. ”

“I like that the residence had a kitchen so it offers some flexibility. However on the second day the air conditioner broke and the staff was hesitant to listen to me and my husband concern. My husband had to be firm to get it fixed two days later. The customer service definitely needs improvement..... and the attendants needs to understand that without guestS they wouldn’t have a job, this also goes for the owner too....staff and management seem very entitled and proud. The other issues was……

“The hotel was okay and that's it! They how ever do not accept any online booking or paid room booking. I had to pay for my room again at arrival as they refused the paid booking from hotels.com. So if you book? Be ready to make payment at property and not online. Overall okay service. Good location and clean too. I would consider visiting again.”
