“I have just one complaint about the TV which did not have any paid channels, just wondering, being in AP, couldn't watch Gemini, ETV, MAA, it just plays free channels like ACT. Staff is friendly, busses to Tirumala can be boarded just opposite to the hotel, many shops are available closeby.”

“We spent 3 nights at this hotel. A great hotel with great staff , always willing to help. Clean rooms and linens with 24/7 hot hot water . This facility has elevator services and underground parkade for guests. Mr. Lokesh , duty manager was always there to assist with any request for transportation and sightseeing. “I am a repeat customer for this property. It is a wonderful oasis in the middle of a thick concrete jungle. The ambiance is contemporary and serene. Over the years I noticed the suite maintenance aging. Food is great. Breakfast is wonderful. They have good hand-crafts shopping center. The choices are excellent. Great location for resort like getaway. Need improvement in electrical and pool towels. There is no USB port in the suite. Some power outlets are loose or not holding the plug properly.……

“They denied service stating that we need to pay more at the check in as the online price amount is not sufficient… we booked Uber and arrived at the so called stay at 930 pm. Hotel staff is rude and they contacted the property owner too and he clearly stated not to provide service. The worst part is they did not give me back my money, Expedia support team is working with them now. That is a scam… I don’t think they would go anywhere with this(short sightedness) ”
