“Very Bad experience. They gave my suite room to someone else even after payment was done and made my parents to pay for another room. 5 members had to adjust in one room.Very bad service.”

“The room and restaurant is clean. But the air conditioner quit working in the middle of the night. When we woke up, I noted water dripping from the bottom of the a/c unit. The bathroom is designed poorly. The water splashes all over the toilet.The staff is very polite and there to help.”

“I have just one complaint about the TV which did not have any paid channels, just wondering, being in AP, couldn't watch Gemini, ETV, MAA, it just plays free channels like ACT. Staff is friendly, busses to Tirumala can be boarded just opposite to the hotel, many shops are available closeby.”

“They denied service stating that we need to pay more at the check in as the online price amount is not sufficient… we booked Uber and arrived at the so called stay at 930 pm. Hotel staff is rude and they contacted the property owner too and he clearly stated not to provide service. The worst part is they did not give me back my money, Expedia support team is working with them now. That is a scam… I don’t think they would go anywhere with this(short sightedness) ”
