“Stayed at the Perch for a long Holiday weekend. The area is mostly quiet. Jeannie the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house was clean and well supplied. We did not have contact with the local care keeper, a couple messages were not returned. Perch lake is a very small lake, a pontoon ride around the lake would take 30 min. or less. Lake is best for fishing, kayaking or just viewing. The Perch Lodge checked all the boxes, the lake on the other hand is quite limited (I……

“The place was amazing, just enough room, nestled next to a lake. The area was so quiet and peaceful, the kids didnt know rather to stay inside in the a/c or to go play outside. We went to the pool, it was about 1 1/2 miles to the pool but it was worth it. Only thing i would suggest is for the owners to let people know where the lake access for the house is, i didn't know until the last night from a neighbor. It would be amazing if a fire pit was next to the lake access... be able to sit next to……

“Cute cabin that met our needs. It was however difficult to find in the evening. We were given 2 different addresses which complicated matters. There needs to be clear directions to locate the cabin. When we called customer service for clarification the information they supplied were not very clear either.”
