“It was amazing, we got a room with excellent view. The staff were very nice and the manager was also very friendly. They even gave medicine for one of my friend who was ill. Overall loved the stay and the staff .”

This did mean I needed to be transported everywhere if not exploring the immediate area. I wanted to see Munnar and all it had to offer in 2 nights. “The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. He said he will come back and never did, we never got a new room or didn’t even come back to fix the fan. The shower before we used it……
