“Located in the beginning of the town which makes it a quiter from the hassles of the town traffic. Room we stayed was bit smaller but, neat and clean. Had a nice tea estate view from the window. Staff were curtious. Drawbacks are lack of proper car parking and non-availability of lift. Overall had a good stay.”

The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty. ”

“You have to remember that this is a very remote location. On basis of that the food is very good. The setting is amazing so peaceful. The hotel does not sell alcohol, this is not very clear on the description above, so has led to some negative reviews. The food is a buffet which changes each day. There is also a menu for ordering other food instead (which is where most of the non-indian food is). The rooms are very nice. We did not choose the hot tub option. We got a large balcony amongst……

“We had such a lovely time staying at The Panoramic Getaway. The hotel was spotless and had great amenities. We took advantage of the rooftop pool, restaurants, and Ayurvedic treatments. “The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this so why not resolve it? One day we came back yo the room……
