Boating on the lake is also excellent and property comes with two kayaks and a canoe. From our viewpoint this property is ideal.”

“We had wonderful time at Sara’s lake house. Her communication was great and she was very responsive. The house is beautiful and very clean and well stocked. The location is goegeous and the views were incredible. We have two teenagers who enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks and the dock was perfect for docking the boat we rented. “We loved our week-long stay in North Conway. The house is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from downtown North Conway. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall it was a great location for our large group. One thing to note, the interior stairs, both up and down, are steep spiral staircases. “When we arrived everything was better than we thought it would be ! The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a Great Vacation. My grandchildren loved the kayaks . There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room from the porch to the sleeping arrangements. The pond was so clean to swim in and the fire pit area was an added bonus !! “Lovely cabin with a dock right on the water. There is a grill, fire pit, and a screened in porch. Only downfall was the driveway is hard to find and there is no wifi but there may not be wifi available in the area. Otherwise we had a great stay!! Highly recommend.”

"The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it wasn't too severe. The TV offers many channel options, so you won't get bored at night！"
