“We had a wonderful time while staying at the bungalow! Easy beach access and the pool area has lots of seating and umbrellas. The bungalow itself was well appointed and clean. My FIL spent a lot of the trip reading on the upstairs balcony. We met another family who had been vacationing in the bungalow enclave for 3 years! I can definitely see why. Would definitely book again! ”

There is a family vibe and very quiet. Perfect place to reconnect with family. Kevin, the owner, quickly responds if we have questions and checks on us. We can’t wait for next year’s visit!!”

“The best thing about this house is the location to everything ! It’s also adorably decorated and super clean and has everything you need. This house was set-up perfectly for our 3 couples. It was about a mile from Seaside which was ideal. Ashlee the owner is accommodating and responsive answered anything we might need including recommending things to do in the area. We have been coming to 30A for 10 years now and this was our first time outside of seaside. But this house was so much better to……

“This house was great. The location was easily within walking distance of the beach. The place was spacious enough that 6 adults could manage without crawling all over each other. The master bedroom was especially the highlight with a kind bed and plenty of room. The shower in the master bedroom was phenomenal with glorious water pressure. After a day at the beach, that shower was a godsend. The only thing that was even the slightest negative (and this was an inconvenience not a true negative)……
