“Nice house with a great location. Love that there are two pools and private beach access. The house had all the amenities you need including beach chairs and a wagon.The host let us in early because he didn't have a guest checking out that day and gave us advice on travel and grocery. “Close to everything. Beach is across the street. The house was even nicer in person than the photos. We loved the swimming pool, beach and shopping that were so close walking distance so even the 3 yr old 11 and 13 year olds traveling with us walked or biked everywhere. The house was my dream space! Clean and so beautifully decorated. The perfect beach home. Such a beautiful house - it was hard to leave! ”

“This house was great. The location was easily within walking distance of the beach. The place was spacious enough that 6 adults could manage without crawling all over each other. The master bedroom was especially the highlight with a kind bed and plenty of room. The shower in the master bedroom was phenomenal with glorious water pressure. After a day at the beach, that shower was a godsend. The only thing that was even the slightest negative (and this was an inconvenience not a true negative)……

“This house was in the PERFECT location for a stay in Grayton Beach. The deck was great and the size of the house was perfect for 5 adults and two kids. However, the outdoor shower didn't work and there was no hose or working water spicket on the exterior of the house to rinse sand off before entering. The upstairs shower curtain and liner were covered in mold, the bathmat was unwashed (visible dried toothpaste everywhere), and there were lots of high touch areas (door handles and frames, etc)……
