“Sur facturation . Logé dans une annexe de l'hôtel.la chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos.Soit disant réception 24h/24 ,le portail était fermé et il y avait un numéro de téléphone. Nous sommes arrivés fatigués à 4h30 du matin et le check in a été trop long la personne qui nous a enregistré ne parlait pas l'anglais. Nous avons pu entrer dans la chambre qu'à 6h du matin.Au check out ils ont essayé de nous faire payer les petits déjeuners alors qu'ils étaient inclus dans le tarif .Ils ont été……

“Comfortable accommodation and well worth the money. One thing to note is that the place is a bit away (30 min walk) from the main tourist area of Fort Kochi. Not a lot dining options around the hotel either. However, you can take a bus or a quick tuk tuk ride to Jewish town or fort Kochi beach area. Good AC and ceiling fan. Windows with nets to prevent mosquitoes, fairly quiet place. Had a good night's sleep without fail”

“Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. ”
