“Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. “Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip.”

“Grand Hyatt Bolgatty is undoubtedly best pictresque hotel in Kochi. Grand Terrace suite is corner suite with terrace with a view of Backwater on one side and view of Vembanad lake on other side with ships, boats, Water Metro cruising all the time. “Easy access to airport..Beautiful rooms and very clean with all the amenities. THE interior of the hotel is very beautiful with Unique decor....Staff was friendly and helpful..
