“Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. The restaurant manager was most helpful and the food served was freshly made and tasty. There were some flys in the restaurant which could have been avoided by plugging in an insect repellent. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip.”

“I stayed here for a full week on an academic research trip, and had a wonderful experience. The people who run the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful with everything. “This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. All the staff were excellent but I give particular thanks to Arun who could not do enough for us. I was also highly impressed with the hotels very real efforts to eliminate the use of plastics an recycle……

“Beautiful property, exemplary service. The hotel does a lot of little things to make your stay special. Private traditional dance at check in, free evening snacks and tea, free sunset cruise and cultural entertainment. Don't think twice....book it.... Cons: Limited dining options outside the hotel.
