“Friendly team of staff led by Andrew who went out of his way to be provide any assistance we needed. More information needs to be provided during the check-in process about the hotel policies on hot water, cleaning and facilities timings to avoid misunderstandings. “I stayed here for a full week on an academic research trip, and had a wonderful experience. The people who run the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful with everything. “Schönes kleines Hotel mit super netten Menschen. Zimmereinrichtung wie Bett usw. ist makellos. Oben auf dem Dach gibt es einen kleinen Pool 👌. Das Frühstück ist top und es gibt eine Menge an Auswahl, es ist für jeden was dabei. Das Hotel ist mitten im alten Viertel von Fort Kochi bzw. fussläufig sind alle interessanten Punkte erreichbar. Die Gegend rund um das Hotel ist halt Indien, wer es mag ist hier richtig aufgehoben.”

“This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. All the staff were excellent but I give particular thanks to Arun who could not do enough for us. I was also highly impressed with the hotels very real efforts to eliminate the use of plastics an recycle……
