“This house was an excellent place to gather with friends and family! We had 18 people coming together to celebrate a birthday. The house had plenty of space for a group of this size - bedrooms, kitchen, etc. The second fridge and separate building made it very comfortable. The listing was very detailed and accurate which we really appreciated. It's close to hikes and beautiful nature, as well as Oakhurst if you need to pick anything up. “We were in Mariposa to visit family for Thanksgiving. The VRBO rental was clean, spacious and quiet. We loved being in this quiet neighborhood. We appreciate being able to bring our dog with us.”

“Whiole house dirty incl fan blades- linen on beds unclean-toilet in back bedroom wobbly w septic smell- Glass shower doors stick at bottom ,Pocket doors stuck so no privacy in toilet areas. Gas burner on left of stove malfunctioning-Refrigerator was not cool enough to keep food safe when we arrived- not enough garbage cans for large 16 person group. Mold smell in back bedroom causing allergy issues for one member-”

“The property was comfortable and mostly suited to our needs. Advertised as sleeping 17, we only found bed space for 12. We had 15, three ended up on the floor with nothing but a blanket to soften the surface. No sectional in the main room, as stated, only two well-worn leather couches and an oversized, well-worn, leather chair, none of which were suitable for sleeping. The text mentioned bugs and rodents. “Upon arriving at this property I was taken by it's beauty. However, there were many things that made my stay difficult. I had over 15 people at this house so needles to say we required all bedrooms. But, there were leaks ALL throughout the house including directly above one of the beds making it unusable. In another room the frame of a bed was completely cracked and we didn't know how safe it was. I told the host this but no reply. Definitely needs a lot of maintenance.. unfortunately for us it……
