“Having just got home from a long road trip, this was a pleasant surprise. Having restored a 100-year-old house. I can appreciate everything that has been done to the structure. The only thing I have to say is that is missing a bottle opener for wine and the can opener does not work. Other than that a very nice house in a very nice location”

“The trailer was very clean and well stocked. The location next to the river was fantastic. Could hear the river from the deck. It wasn’t private. Had a direct view of owners house. The cover for the hot tub was in terrible condition and difficult to remove and replace. The access to the trailer is not ads compliant the hill was very steep. They never said it was Ada compliant but a head up would help.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Eagles Nest. Everything was lovely. The house is really cozy and comfortable, the hot tub was excellent and the location and view of the river behind the house were also great! I highly recommend it. We would book it again for sure on our next visit. ”

“Although you can’t access the river from the property, the sound of the running water is soothing. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Super clean home. All the necessary amenities. Navigating the switchbacks of the driveway were challenging at night but that was my own fault for arriving late. I had some problems accessing the check in information link because apparently VRBO disables links. I never WAS able to access the link but the host was immediately responsive to any questions/ issues……

“The home is in a very nice secluded aera, with great views of the valley. The home was clean and well stocked with the basic essentials. Owners were very good about communication. My only hang up was in regards to the wording of the listing. The home is marketed as a 4 bedroom home and dependent on group size, some rooms may be locked. It didnt say that every other room aside from the master would be locked it didnt effect my stay, but if 2 people are staying here who are not partnered, you……

“We stayed 4 nights in the "Black Swan" and 2 nights in the "Green Bear". Brand new, modern, high-end appliances & bathroom fixtures, well stocked kitchen, nice hot tub (Black Swan), and very private. Hard to find all these qualities in a property in the Coarsegold area. Highly recommend.”

“Loved the spot, it was wonderful to have a place with the dogs and being understanding. DONT USE APPLE MAPS TO GPS THERE! No fault of the Vrbo owner, but the gps didn’t show the location of the home correctly causing us to go down an extremely poor dirt road. Use google(or other) it rerouted and got us there at the correct spot. Thank you! Loved the goat. ”

“We were over the moon with this property! My husband and I, along with another couple desperately needed a break from our hectic lives so I booked Copper Lodge praying it was as good as it looked on line. I kid you not, it was better than we could have imagined. Natalie and Jon have done a masterful job providing a wonderful vacation home: Open, bright, and well stocked, rustic without going overboard. They were quick to answer the questions we had. The one down side is that our cell reception……

“This was the perfect spot for a family getaway for 3 generations. There is a huge amount of space, not just the bedrooms but several patios for lounging. The pool was so refreshing and we all enjoyed the hot tub. It has everything you might need and more, pure comfort.”
