Game room as well as bbq if you wanted to enjoy it. Walking distance to food and dessert. Plenty of room and comforting atmosphere. “This property was simply stunning. The pictures did not do justice for how amazing this place really is! Super clean and overall a 10 out of 10! My kids didnt want to leave. The access to the creek is perfect drops right down into a swimming hole off the granite rocks. My kids really enjoyed swimming in the creek. The sound of the water from the balcony is very soothing. The rooms were very clean. The master bedroom was amazing with the views of the creek as well. We have a larger size family……

Her tips and helpful suggestions, along with personal touches, made our trip so much better. It saved us time and allowed us first hand knowledge of Yosemite and Bass Lake. We had a blast and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. There's a great restaurant, the Marina at Bass Lake, with good food and music and also rentals for all types of water sporting fun! It was so nice……

“We had a wonderful stay at Caitlin’s adorable cabin. Loved how updated and clean it felt. Lots of amenities to make our stay easy and worry free. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Oakhurst, so we could run and grab necessities. We enjoyed our visit to nearby Yosemite and Bass Lake. Highly recommend this lovely getaway.”

“Overall we were impressed with the overall condition, cleanliness and amenities, dog area was even clean. Home was off main roads and consistently quiet, dog area had high fences that allowed dogs to enjoy the outdoors/wildlife but were safe. Wife fell in love with the heated bathroom floors. We definitely will be planning another, longer trip in the future.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Roost. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck, surrounded by trees, and ended each day soaking in the jacuzzi while watching a beautiful sunset. My 5-year-old said he was so happy to stay there and wants to go back soon, and so do I. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. Tracy and David were very responsive. A peaceful and scenic stay. It was the best experience I’ve had staying in a vacation rental home. Thank you so much!”
