“We had a great stay for TAMU graduation week/weekend. The place was just as described and was relaxing just off the beaten path. The hosts were great and communication was easy. Thank you again!”

“We were in Caldwell for a family members wedding. The house was the perfect size for our group. The home was comfortable and cozy. The location was a bit out of town, but it was still convenient and so beautiful and peaceful. We all said we slept like babies!”

“My battery went bad in my truck during my stay. The owner of the property helped me get my truck up and running. He let me use his tools and gave me a ride to get new batteries. 10/10 hospitality and communication!”

“We absolutely loved our stay...just one negative...the beds were very uncomfortable. When sitting on them, it sounded like they were going to break. We could feel the springs in our back and we sank to the middle. Rolling over was very loud. The mattresses need to be replaced quickly. We were there for a Select Softball Tournament for my daughter. She has mild scoliosis but usually has no problems with hotel stays. Her back and sides were hurting after sleeping on these beds. My husband……

“We had an excellent stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with new equipment and the snacks were a nice treat. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to relax. The backyard was really nice, even though it was too hot to hang out and enjoy it. We enjoyed seeing the deer too! It was an easy drive into College Station and I would stay here again for a football weekend or other event. A couple minor things to improve the stay would be……

“I stayed two nights due to a wedding on site. The room was exactly as advertised - clean, cozy, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was crisp. I wish there were some basic toiletries available for the shower like shampoo and body wash, but there was a store just down the road so it wasn't a major issue.”

“I stayed here because of the location to Bryan Lake. I was training my Search and Recovery Dog every day. This home provided a quiet, relaxing, clean, and perfect size for me and my K9. The owners were available by phone and answered my questions as expected. This place was almost too perfect for me- I didn’t get to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings, I was gone to much. For someone that is looking for a absolutely amazing place to stay- I highly recommend this home.”
