“We absolutely loved our stay...just one negative...the beds were very uncomfortable. When sitting on them, it sounded like they were going to break. We could feel the springs in our back and we sank to the middle. Rolling over was very loud. The mattresses need to be replaced quickly. We were there for a Select Softball Tournament for my daughter. She has mild scoliosis but usually has no problems with hotel stays. Her back and sides were hurting after sleeping on these beds. “My wife and I like to stay out away from Bryan/College Station when attending TAMU football games to avoid the traffic and crowds. The Cottage is in a nice location in the country. “Super cute little place, very clean, and love how the large trees create so much shade. There are two docks to fish off and kayaks to put in the water. The couch is super comfy and so was the master bed we stayed in. The only thing I'd say, which is absolutely not the host's responsibility, is the road to get there is not taken care of and very bumpy, our SUV was fine but consider not taking a low sitting car. ”

“This motel was extremely close to John E. Hejl disc golf course at Davidson Creek which made it very convenient for my weekend disc golf tournament run by Armory Disc Golf from College Station. The room I got was nicely remodeled as shown in the Expedia pictures. The only thing they could do to improve is repaint a bit.
