The mattress was too firm for me but there were lots of pillows to make it more comfortable. I liked having free parking and breakfast. “Great location. Very busy property. Lovely amenities and new rooms. Fabulous buffet. However the elevators were not working properly and only one was functioning. It made for a long wait. Also my niece and her baby came to visit and discovered there is no change table in the lobby restroom. With the long wait for the elevator to go to my room it was an ordeal. Also the elevator issue is a chronic problem I was told by a guest who had stated there multiple times. ”

“I stayed at this hotel for three (3) nights. I arrived at 2:30 AM, and I was immediately checked-in. This hotel was quiet, but it was packed during some of my nights. I had no issues with the free wi-fi, the television, the shower water, and the air temperature. There was a lot of available parking. A Boston Pizza was right next to this hotel, and Highway-1 was also within an easy reach.
