“This is a beautiful home with beautiful landscaping. We were greeted with a personal note from the host and muffins ready for breakfast the next morning. The two room suite was a sitting room with comfy chairs, TV, and desk & a large bedroom and bath. Sadly, our schedule didn’t allow us to meet the hosts or take advantage of the outdoor spaces. All in all, it worked great for us. ”

“It seems like I always choose to go on vacation during the hottest week of the year, and this year was no different. But sitting on the deck at Nancy's Touch overlooking the river and feeling the breeze pass by, it was easy to forget that it was actually 98 with a real feel of 107.The house is beautifully appointed, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a lovely week away. My adult son and his girlfriend joined me, and enjoyed using the kayaks to cool off in the river.……

“Great little spot in a perfect location for us”

“Great property and good location! Nice with basic paper supplies, cleaning supplies and seasonings. We used the grill and hot tub, and watched a sunset in those big chairs!”

“Me along with a few ladies in my family stayed here for one night. We didn’t get to take advantage of all of the things that were offered as we only stayed here for one night, though the property was clean comfortable, and we really enjoyed the coffee bar! There was plenty of space to spread out. We did not get to hang out in the barn, but we did take a peek and it appeared as though it would be delightful to spend some time in there. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will……

“Great weekend stay”

“This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it.”
